How the Bomb works
Bombs must be cleared before they explode.
It is one of the core obstacles you meet through the early and mid levels, usually alongside plain colored blocks and simple gates.
How to play around it
Prioritize the bomb over everything else the moment it appears on the board.
Like every obstacle in the game, the bomb never makes a level impossible. Every board can be finished without boosters, so if a route feels blocked, the answer is usually the order in which you clear the other colors, not the obstacle itself.
Where you meet it
The Bomb typically starts appearing around Level 130 and stays part of the rotation from that point on. Boards that feature it become more frequent as the level numbers climb.
